2.5" Leveling kits

Hey, Im looking into a 2.5" Daystar kit for my 05 f150, its 4wd and its on 31's atm, does anyone have pics of the 2.5" daystar kit on their trucks? Im just wondering if 2.5" will make me level, and if it will make my truck look goofy with 31's!
Pics please!

Thanks!!

There are a ton of pics here of members with various 2.5 inch leveling kits. Most people run 33's or 35's with leveling kits. So 31's are gonna look pretty small, especially when most 4x4's come stock with 32's.

'05s tend to have 2 1/2" of rake from the factory so it'll probably be dead level.

I'm going to install a leveling kit as well as a rear block myself but I'm not going to do it until I'm ready to buy new tires. Factory sized tires don't look bad when the truck is at stock height but as soon as you level them the tires look out of place. In my opinion wait until you're ready for tires.

I think the 04-08 would be level at 2.5". I just installed my level kit a couple of weeks ago (AS brand) and it is a BIG improvement in my opinion. I upgraded my stock 17's to FX4 18" with the stock tires. I plan on keeping the 18's and upgrading tires to 33's.

I have a 2" daystar level kit and it leveled it out but depending on a flat or uphill parking spot it can look like the front end is higher up just because their is more space in the front wheel wells for my tires. I am running 275/65/20 bfg all terrains which are 34.1 inches tall a tire. No rubbing at all, but i would love to get an add a leaf or block for the rear to give it a lil rake back for when i tow stuff

im running 33's with my 2.5 HBS kit, and I plan on "attempting" to fit 35's this summer...the 2.5 kit put me at dead level and mines 2wd too...you could definetly fit 35's with a 4x4

Nice Truck! Atm im sitting on P275/60R18's which are 31's i believe, and im going to go with the 2.5" daystar, hopefully adding 33's soon, i would go with 35's but with that big of a tire i think ill run into problems with rubbing offroad on rough trails and sand, i think i would need atleast a 4" lift to use 35's affectively!

militia 310-

i have 35 12.5 20's on my 2.5 inch level kit and yes, they rub. Enough to break my stock fender flares off. go with the 3", If they werent so wide it wouldnt be a problem, the extra half inch is more than enough clearance for the 35's.
