I have a 97 f150 2wd.. it seems to be a bit saggy in the rear end. what is a cost efficient way to perk it back up.

Either lift blocks or an add-a-leaf.

Add a leaf would work. Or got to the junk yard and get a factory 2" block from a 4x4 and swap it with your block. Or buy new springs.

If you tow i would do the add a leaf. Shocks wont provide the lift needed.

Shocks offer no lift, they are the total opposite of springs. From what you are explaining id get a 1-2" add a leaf. This will help out a lot.
