actually it might come out to be the same or a little bit more because from what i understand (i hope i am wrong so correct me if i am) i will need to re-gear if i go to 37s, i have the 3.55s, and being a 4x4 that is just that much more expensive

Yeah your right, I was just saying if you bought the 35s now, then got suspension lift, then you would of had to get 37's, plus gears. Been there, done that, Ive gone through 3 different set of tires in 2 years because I was always changing them when I would lift it higher

thats super expensive, what do you think i should be expecting to pay for the 6" lift (most likely pro comp or fabtech) 37/12.50/17 tires (mud terrain not sure which yet) and new gears ?

you think someone will cut me a deal since i will be spending so much money ?

Yeah you should get a better deal if you buy it all at one time. Lets see front and rear gears around $1000 or you could just get the rears done if you dont use your 4wd. Tires are gonna run around $1200-$1400, then lift is around $1500 or more. You would save yourself some money if you install the lift yourself with a couple buddies over a weekend

I got the Fabtech from performancelifts.com for $1500 delivered. Don't know much about the pro comp but I have no complaints on the Fabtech...great lift.

If I remember right the ProComp suspension lift for '97-'03 trucks is only a 4" and you hardly see any people running it.... Go with the fabtech.

No where near as bad, suspension lift can easily be done in a day by professionals, your average joe would take a weekend, depends on how much knowledge the person has.
