Lift Spindles

I have an 03 f150 2WD with a 7.5 in. Fabtech lift, I just put it on about a month ago and my right ball joint went bad... i took it to a shop and they said that my spindles arent the right size and the ball joints are just going to keep going bad. I set the two spindles ( Stock and lifted) and the lifted spindles are much larger in height than the stock ones. Also when i am driving on the freeway as soon as i reach 70 MPH my truck starts to vibrate like crazy? anyone have any ideas? please help!

Nope not true. They are bigger because it's a lift. The vibration may be due to a bad alignment, tie rods, pitman arm, and/or idler arm. Basically some new front suspension components like as stated above and you should be running like new.

EDIT: Post up some pics. I like seeing others with the 7.5" lift.

I did, they weren't the fabtech ones but they are significantly larger than the stock set.

I think your problem is you are dealing with a shop that is completly unfamaliar with lift kits. The fact that he said you have the wrong spindles shows he's clueless about your truck. He's probably scratching his head wondering why someone would lift a truck.
Your vibration problem is probably worn front end components. The ball joints, tie rod ends and idler arm are all high wear components on our trucks. You will have to buy new upper ball joints/control arms from Fabtech to work with your lift. The other components can be purchased anywhere.

Actually Wandell the 7.5" Performance lift doesn't need Fabtech UCAs. The kit retains the stock ones.

thank you all for the help... I do have Fabtech Upper C arms that came with the lift i installed the lift myself and i have replaced my ball joints. I stopped by that shop today and he said that i will need washers because the spindles arent wide enough for the upper ball joint and the castle nut is not sitting on the cotter pin so it is free spinning, ill give him that hes got a good point but i know for a fact thats not the reason i am vibrating my way down the highway.

Why wouldn't your spindle match the upper control arm and joint. It's not "sitting on the cotter pin" ? You mean the castle nut tightens past the cotter pin holes? Therefor the nut could spin free from vibration? Bit confused.
