i have a 04 f150 wiht a leveling kit , the front suspention bottoms out when i leave the drive way also on mild bumps on and off road the truck dosent even look like it has a leveling kit , the dust covers have fallen off the strut exposing the piston rod and bump stop and there ia only about 1.5-2" of space between the bump stop and strut body, i bought new shock struts but havent installed them yet, im curious to know if maby the coil springs have gotten weak

 

I'd replace the shocks with some adjustable Bilstiens or Ranchos.
