Where do I find procedures for replacing lower ball joints on 2003 2wd f150?

do you understand how the suspension comes apart?

you will need new uca's and then the lower ball joints get pressed in

Yes. Just have never done lower on vehicle. Trying not to take whole suspension apart just to do lower ball joint. I have tool to press ball joint on/off on vehicle. So what are the procedures to minimize parts removal?

well you can keep most stuff attached to the spindle but id take the lower shock bolts off and then jack up the suspension and then remove the lower ball joint nut and release everything and remove the LCA. might be tough to get back together and imo might just be easier to remove stuff normally and then the lca.

There is a way to do with LCA on the vehicle, just have never done before.

Finished up front end. I was able to change lower ball joint without removing LCA. I did have to remove spindle, but that was OK since UCA ball joint was bad as well. Dah! So this method does work and it is easier than removing LCA. Just remove brake from spindle and wire to truck then remove lower and upper ball joint nuts and pull spindle forward and wire. Rod end stays attached to spindle and Sway bar, spring, shock stay attached to LCA. This was actually pretty easy and the way to go if you have a hand press for the joints.
