4 link questions

I am looking to put a 4 link rear on my 02 boss. Right now I have a 4-6 drop and the rear rides very stiff. I just pro charged the truck and I believe putting a 4 link rear will help with the ride and most of all traction. I was just curious if anybody has a 4 link set up or any suggestions of good kits to go with.

Yes, we c-notched the rear and did the flip kit. (DJM Suspension) I also bought shocks for the rear. (5" drop shocks) I could not find any for 6" drop. The drop has been on the truck now for about 7 years. I also bought a front belltech sway bar to help with the handling but it would not fit. (seperate issue)

what shocks are you running? Did you have to notch a crossmember for driveshaft clearance?

Ive got belltech street series shocks (6" shocks) and they are excellent ride quality.

I still have to put the new shocks on the rear. I am installing them this weekend while I have the bed off the truck. I am installing the new fuel pump so I figured I will throw the shocks in then. I bought the shocks a while ago for the front and back. I can not remember the brand but the front definately rides very well. I did not have to notch out the crossmember for driveshaft clearance.

well keep me updated, it sounds like you just need some shocks, and maybe some traction bars if you are having wheel hop issues
