I got a F150 right now with a 3" body lift and a levelin kit, and i was wondering if i would be able to add a suspension lift kit on to it while keeping everything else on?

Yes, but depending on the lift you choose, you may not need to keep the leveling kit if it comes with adjustable coilovers.

Like wandell said if you get a lift with adjustable coils you can crank them to make up for the leveling kit. To answer your question though yes you can. Im running 6inch skyjacker with 2inch leveling kit and a body lift
