2/4 drop.....

I am thinking about installing a 2/4 drop on my 2006 S/C. Can anyone who has this drop on their truck post some pics I am insterested to see real pics of real trucks with the kit installed instead of manuf. pics on the websites...Also I am looking at the Eibach kit with new coils, hangers / shackles and leafs....Anyone have any insight on this particular kit?

The 04-08 Eibach 2/4 drop comes with 2" front drop coils and 3" rear drop leafs with a 1" drop shackle, no hangers. I recommend the Eibach pro damper kit (front coilover struts and rear shocks) also.

I have a Ground Force 2/4 drop with the Eibach pro damper kit. Rides like a dream, not harsh by any means.

Also check out the street scene section here. Lowered trucks tend to have their discussions there and there are some very useful members down there.

I can haul a load in the bed. Many others tow with their lowered trucks. I am going to be buying some air assist shocks soon to help with carrying loads.

Thumbs down Lowering Q?

Hey patman, your red screw is where I'm trying to get(mine's red also) silver one maybe a bit too low. I bought the eibach hanger kit years ago and finally getting around to puttin' it on. I also bought some front springs I think were off a harley or lightening - but it's been so long I don't remember. I've been trying to cross reference the tag on the spring (F75A 5310-TA) to see if I got scammed. Or would I just be better off buying after market springs?
