AAL and Bilstein HD shocks?

I wanted to do suspension system lift and 35" but due to some awesome emissions laws, cars with tires over 34" will not fit on the rollers and need to be returned to stock. Needless to say i do not want to keep an extra set of wheels/tires around.

The question is, with an AAL..generally gaining 1.5" to 2" in the rear, will my set of Bilstein HD shocks be too short? Also same question up front with turning the torsion bars to level out.

Thanks!

If I can do this without changing the shocks, the plan is AAL and torsion crank and some 295/70/17s!
