need help deciding lift

hey guys 1st time posting here. can anyone give me a good and cheap setup for lifting about 3" or 4" in the rear and then leveling the front so they are parallel. for other cars ive used shackles to raise it and torsion bar but ive read on here that aal and then buying a higher leveling kit from hell bent would be the best and cheapest way to go. im getting a 2WD 06 or 05 crew cab XLT this weekend if anyone could give me any advice or links to good products id be appreciative, thanks.

You are limited to lifting the front 2.5 inches with a leveling kit. ANy taller and your ball joints wear out prematurely. If you want to go taller, install a 3 inch body lift or a full 6 inch suspension lift.
