Do I need an alinment?

Sorry Im not sure if im posting this in the right area.

Today i went ahead and replaced my driver side cv joint and lower balljoint. do i need an alinment?

Sorry if this question seems stupid but im gettin new tires put on tomorrow and dont want them to wear uneven.

Yes, I would. Usually a good practice to do after replacing a major/somewhat major front end component. A ball joint can definitely affect alignment. FYI, get the alignment after the new tires, not before. Your tires will be fine driving it to the alignment shop. It wont be out that much.
