Do Bigger Tires Require Alignment?

There is only a 6 mm difference between Roush's offset and Fords. That's less than a 1/4" difference. I wouldn't expect needing an alignment if you were within a 1/2" change in offset from stock. It's easy enough to measure the ride height before and after the wheel swap. If it changes more than a 1/2", I'd get it aligned.

I suspected that was the case on the wheels since they are made for these trucks. On the height, I did go from the stocers which was about 29 inches to the these that are 32 and I guess I got lucky, not needing the alignment. I have had some bad experiences with poor alignment work in the past, so I waited until I knew I needed an alignment.

Tire height will not change the alignment. What I meant by changing ride height would be swapping the rims with his current tires and if it changes by more than 1/2", an alignment is probably in order.
