what he is saying is that people in this thread are trying to help you figure out your problem and want this thread to clutter with people saying there interested in your wheels/tires set so if you wanna sell them do it in the classifieds.

didnt know it was that serious...just making a statement. he doesn't have to reply anymore. The other people who have posted are helping me out with both issues, thanks though.

wow those are some angles... that may be your problem... Those boots look like very rubbery which may be leading to them failing at that angle.

The angles arent that bad. Mine were WAY worse on my 99 and never had boots rip.

If you do anything id take the 2" spacer off and add a 3" body lift to make up for the difference.

I've had the same exact problem with the same inner passenger boot. I have the 6" Fabtech lift and last month had the 2" AS spacer put in. The next day, the boot started to rip. I had the complete half shaft assembly w/ boots replaced, and three weeks later, the boot tears in the same fold.
I decided to take the spacer out even though I like the way the truck looks. I can't afford to replace the assembly's every three weeks. Even though there are alot of people who have the same set up that have not had problems, I honestly think every truck is different! Needless to say, I will have a pair of 2" AS spacers up for grabs. Any takers?
