New body lift ordered!

woohoo! Just ordered the Performance Accessories 3" Body lift, getting installed Monday! I got the suspension shops in town in a price war, and ended up going with the most respectable shop in town to do INSTALL/PARTS FOR $875 out the door, cash.

i was told by 4wheelparts in Orlando $450 for the kit, $1200 for labor = $1650 ()

other 4x4 shops said from $1k to $1200 , because of the difficulty of install.

Will post pics when it gets on!!!

Right after it gets on, my Maggie and RBP tip should be in, so that'll be installed as well.

Following that will be the 20x9 Ballistic Jesters and Coop Zeon LTZ 305/55/20's. wooohoo!

x2 on ID's post... 33's will be kinda small with a 3" body lift. And just FYI Im not sure those Zeon's do that great offroad - if you're looking for offroad performance... If not, then Im sure they'll do good on the road and pretty decent off road

Yeah I'm a 2wd, if I was 4id do a 6" susp. For sure.

Yeah I'm mostly on road, with a little dry trail drivin in the woods, and the coops are supposed to behave like the Terra grappler but they look a lol meaner IMO..

thanks man, yeah they come stock on the new body style F250's and F350's, mine is the only f150 Ive seen them on. Mine are meant to be a stick on "replica" vent. I took it a step further. I bit the bullet and cut my fenders underneath, and took out the solid black background behind the grill, and fastened a breathable fabric in the hole behind the little back grille.

I just hate the little stick on look, so when someone talks smack saying oh nice stick on pep-boys vent, i'll tell them to put their ear up to it, so they can hear the 5.4 roar

I may eventuallly sand and paint them gloss black to go with my wheels/exhaust/grille (when theyre on), we'll see.

they were cheap too, only 50 bucks for the pair. Heres the link bud:
