Bilstein Write Up Anywhere???
did they not come with instructions?
IIRC the rubber sleeve gets pushed down and stretched over the shock shaft, then the metal spacer goes on, then installed into the strut assembly, then the nut goes on top

HERES HOW MY CURRENT COILOVER SHOCK SETUP LOOKS LIKE. WILL I RUN INTO ANY PROBLEMS?

I wonder if you can find them online? This is all I found.
Front Height Adjustable Leveling shocks
Circlip

autozone rents one, just make sure its strut style (outside coil) spring compressor
If you are doing it by hand without air tools, i'd allow for 4-5 hours, since the spring compressor will wear you out

hm, im sure once you get the your old set up out youll be able to tell what that + looking thing is for, im pretty sure it goes on top of the shock?
idk
it took me about 1 1/2 per side to do drop struts on a NNBS silverado. not all that hard to do once you figure out how everything comes apart

Rubber sleeve goes down first, and gets stretched out, then the metal spacer (top left) then the ring gets locked on the shock shaft to mount the coil perch on the shock, and i dont remember what the metal + thing goes on, maybe part of the bumpstop, but i dont remember for sure

From the top
1. M10 lock nut -
2. Steel spacer - (metal spacer)
3. Rubber sleeve -
4. Cap - (metal + thing)
5. Spring seat holder
Then the circlip gets mounted in one of the grooves and determines your ride height.
