Question Squeaking when backing up, what is causing it

Hey I have a 2004 F150 SCREW with 6inch procomp suspension lift, for some reason when I put the truck in reverse it starts squeaking up a storm and i cant figure out what it is, i tried cleaning the leaf springs from dirt but it still continues to squeak, any one got any ideas

Check your u-joints on the rear drive shaft, thats typically the cause of this problem.

I had a mysterious squeak when I did mine. I only noticed it when I was backing up because I was going slow. It turned out to be the front axle rubbing on the heat shield. I never bent it back. It's never what you expect...
