Coils on, BDS Strut/Spacer Gone

So today I got the Pro-Comp Coilovers put on and managed to achieve the same amount of lift as I had with the BDS strut and BDS 2" spacer, therefore I am happy.

The odd thing is that now my Upper A-Arms dont seem to be at nearly as bad an angle which leads me to wonder if I could run the 2" spacer on it as well. Pushing my luck is something I dont want to do but putting a body lift on her isnt something I want to do either. I might have to cave in and trim a bit behind the front tires which I was trying to stay away from, but the minimal rubbing is something I dislike as well.

Anyway pics:

Looks good! How is the ride quality vs. the stock platinum ride? It maybe a tad nose down from the pics, then again I nit picked my kings when I was cranking them. to me it was never level, it always looked nose down no matter how I looked at it!

FX4Life,
I feel the exact same way. How much did you crank your coils before you knew it was not gaining anymore height ? I would really like to get another 1/2 out of them and honestly im not sure if they are maxed or not ? I still have a lot of thread left.

If I have to, which I'd prefer not, im gonna try tossing the 2" leveling kit back in, and or go with a 3" body lift and have some new mounting brackets welded onto the front bumper (This I do not want to have to do)

Silk,
Thanks bro!

Blacknight,
The ride is great, the coils and mx-6 out back made a world of difference over the BDS strut/stock coil and BDS shocks.

**Update**

Truck went back to the shop today, having the 2" spacer put in as well to bring the front up to par with the rear. Someone has to try it on the new trucks so why not be me

Spacer stacked on top of cranked coils is fail on the 09' which was expected.

Gonna have to bust out the dremmel and do some constructive destruction to some plastic
