Arrow squeak in the front

so my truck has got a squeak in the front end and i cant figure what it is. it only does it when turning to the right. If it was the ball joints i would get a noise when i was going over bumps also correct? The truck only has 36k miles.

yeah i have a leveling kit. so the ball joints may make noise only when turning? How do you check pitman arm? Also could the outer tie rod be making the noise?

Mine has a squeak when the suspension moves - only the driver side. Same mileage - 36.9k. 2" AS leveling kit. I haven't looked - are the ball joints serviceable/greaseable?

not really. you can take a needle on a grease gun and stab the boot to fill it with grease but no grease zerks.

How do you check pitman arm? Also could the outer tie rod be making the noise? Well i just went out and jacked up the passenger side and it doesn't make the noise when it is jacked up.

when adjusted my torsion bars i had a squeak in the front end on the passanger side when i hit a bump and took off and stoped fast. it was comming from the torsion bar in the front where it ties into the susp. also the upper ball joint was spitting out rust when i greased it.
