squeak in the front

Put the truck on the ground, lay under the front and have somebody jiggle the steering wheel back and forth. If you can't pinpoint it exactly, then use a large screwdriver as a stethoscope by pressing the blade in the joint area and the handle in your ear.

I'm not making this up...

Pitman Arm

I have a 2000 f150 bone stock. It started squeaking about 3 months age .
Cases of WD-40 and the squeak is still there. Some say in might be the Pitman Arm any help would be great.
