removing rear leaf spring shackle

Hi guys. This is pretty urgent!! I am installing a new Roush exhaust on my truck right now in the garage. Roush wants a hanger installed on the lower bolt of the rear shackle on the outside of the shackle tower. The problem is that Ford put the nut of the bolt facing the inside of the shackle tower!! The only way i can get this to work is to remove the bolt and put it in the correct way with the nut on the outside. How should i go about pulling this bolt out using nothing but a factory roadside jack and common garage tools? Fast responses would be greatly appreciated!!

nevermind!!

I went ahead and tried fixing this on my own and it worked fine. The exhaust is all installed and sounds great. I just jacked up the back of the truck and then popped out the bolts and switched them around.

please be careful using the factory roadside jacks, they are for temporary very short term use. For emergencies only
