it was very easy, it took less than 30mins from start to finish, it took my buddy and I longer to get it jacked up and the jack stands set, than to actually swap shackles.

Awsome pictures. I'm getting my shackles GF 91201 in this week. Putting them on this weekend. Was wondering does the shackles hit the bed at all or how close is it to the bed.?

There was about a 1/2 gap between the bed and top of the shackle.....my buddy was bouncing on the back of my truck hard, never even came close.
