Do you mean the Donahoe Racing Coilover shocks? They were just a high end replacement coilover shock that featured adjustable spring preload so the front of the truck can be lifted a couple inches to level it. ALso, I believe Donahoe Racing is out of business now.

If I am not mistaken, you have coilovers by Donohoe Racing...and those suckers are not cheap: FatBoy Customs
I think that Donohoe is now Icon though. With those coilovers, you can get like 2.5" to 3" lift but you need to do something about the rear or it will look bulldogged. From your pics, it looks like the rear has no lift or add-a-leaf as it stand so is the rear a lot lower than the front now? Anyway, those coilovers are pretty nice...lucky find for you.

Well not really i think it has a leveling kit? Here is a pic it looks pretty even to me?

It might be hard to tell too because the driveway is at an angle? I wanted to add the mods to a signature and just have an idea of the money that went into it? So pretty much this is just a leveling kit with Coil over shocks that serve no purpose other then the 2.5" lift? I thought thats what the leveling kit did? Is this considered a suspension?

Sorry guys new to this stuff and I really want to learn and fix my truck. I appreciate all your help in advance.....

I think he is saying the shocks are adjustable hight shocks. Just like the bilistiens. Serve the same purpose as the spacer, they both will level you out.

It's technically suspension, as they are leveling shocks, and shocks are part of the suspension. I wouldn't call it a suspension lift though, people might look at you funny.

Ok, I see, the fronts were just set to level it out. Having said that, these coilovers are more than just like a leveling kit. I suggest you look into high end coilovers such as Fox, King and now Icon shocks. They are fully rebuildable and customizable and you can dial-in your ride height as you wish. There's a reason they're 1k to 2k for a set! Anyway, I'd love to have a set over my old Bilsteins or the Rancho's I have now, any day.

A long time in the making, Donahoe Racing is proud to announce the release of their Ford F-150 2WD Front Coil-Over Shock system for the 2004-2006 model years! These new shocks have been in the engineering process for two years. Donahoe Racing’s engineers were never satisfied with the ride quality they were getting from the prototype shocks, so they continued working on them and finally enlisted the help of 9 time Baja 1000 Champions Dave Ashley and Dan Smith. Ashley and Smith conducted six months of testing to help Donahoe Racing engineers develop the best F-150 shocks on the market.

Designed with the serious off-roader in mind, this system allows for a 0-3” lift; and comes with a race inspired 2.5” shock body and internal reservoir, allowing for superior cooling and shock dampening. The system also includes a Donahoe Racing designed Eibach coil spring and is completely pre-assembled. It works great on and off the road increasing performance and the riding/driving experience!

Donahoe Racing Front Coilover Specifications:

- 2.5 inch shock diameter that prevents shock overheating
- 0"-3" Ride height adjustable.
- Superior shock dampening and control
- Increased wheel travel
- Levels out the dropped F-150 nose
- Corrosion resistant 7/8” Nitro steel shaft and cad plated body. They will not chip or rust like chrome shafts and have the best corrosion resistance in the industry.
- Included billet aluminum upper mounts and Chrome Silicone Springs
- A digressive piston design that will handle the toughest off-road terrain and smooth out the ride on the highway - The ONLY 2.5 inch shock on the market with digressive piston!
- Specific shock valving developed by Donahoe Racing for your truck, for the best possible suspension performance & best ride quality on the market
