Suspension woes.. want 35's but still want to fit in the garage.

I know this can be done, I just have to do it the right way. My garage door is 7' tall with a 3/4" rubber lip that I don't mind scraping on the roof. To fit 35's a 4" straight lift would be my best bet, but not the most cost effective. 4wheelparts quoted me $2175 to my door for the Rancho kit, but I was thinking of just doing maybe a 3" level in the front and a 1.5" in the rear using either a block or an AAL. But then again I kind of want the shocks with the kit and I think Rancho includes rear shocks with theirs. If only I could have convinced my dad to put in a 10' ceiling with a 9' door instead of an 8' with a 7' door...

I've got a 2" leveling kit, 35's, and mine fits in my garage no problem at all with at least 6-8" to spare, maybe more.

Mine never spends an evening outside.

My 2009 with a 6" BDS lift and 35's measures in at 82.5" tall, just under 7'. You shouldn't have any trouble if you stay under 6" of lift and 35's.
