to the op-do yourself a favor and get a haynes manual. it has detailed instructions for just about any kind of service you want to do including coil spring removal and the torque numbers for reasembly. Ive installed two sets of coil sping spacers on trucks in my driveway. it can be done easily in a day with hand tools. youll want a good metric wrench set as mentioned, a ball joint seperator, lots of wd 40 or pb blaster(soak all bolts the night before) a good 2 ton or more jack, 2 jack stands, wheel chucks are nice so you dont roll off the jack or stands. Id sugest repacking the wheel bearings during reasembly just a good maintanence(tells you how to do it in the haynes manual, super easy)

After the instal your truck will probably sit about a 1/2" high in the front, but it will eventualy settle to about a 1/2" lower so keep that in mind. With stock wheels you can run a 33x11.5 or 285/75/16. a 235/85/16 will be a little taller than what you have but still very narrow and have lots less good at choices out there. The bridgestones are good tires but look into bfg, nitto, and toyo, mickey thompson, and pro comp, they all make good at's too. My personal choice was the general grabber at2's. they look basicaly like the bfg at's but are alot cheaper and have so far held up great and been just fine off road.

like i said ive done this twice so any questions ask away

all i had was a regular car jack and didnt have any problems.. just make sure there is something under the LCA before you unbolt everything and lower it down slowly, its not hard at all, if you want to see some pics look at my gallery, i havent had time to finish posting them to a thread...
