Sounds like in the long run, either way, struts or spacers will wear out the front end quicker than normal. Maybe I better just leave it alone ?
I have had mine for 2 years( 2" Auto Spring ) and no problems what so ever on mine. Ive done mudding and all that good stuff plenty of times. so its really up too you on exactly what you wanna do from here now. Leveling kit , Adjustable bilstein shocks , or skyjacker 3 inch lift.

The ball joints on these trucks are high wear items. Mine were replaced before 60,000 miles. Yes, leveling the front end will increase wear, but not much. I'm just saying, is it really that big a deal if you have to replace your ball joints at 50,000 miles rather than 60,000?

I did some more checking, it seems that Skyjacker has changed the struts on this kit several times, (Maybe theres a problem) Guess I will replace the struts and get a spacer kit, Hell Bent Steel okay with everyone ?

I can buy the Hell Bent kit locally, but found out today that no one in town stocks new struts for an F-150 ! I was leaning toward the Monroe Reflex, anyone have any better but not way more expensive ideas ?

Yeah hell bent is a leveling kit i have seen more of around here lately. But if you can get it locally then go for it. If its going to be more than i think $90 then you can get Autospring 2-2.5" for that price shipped. So its up too you

If it is 4wd you can fit 275/70R18 on it on stock rims with no leveling kit. They measure about 33.2" or so. They are only about 11 inches wide, though.

So you believe you need new shocks but want to level your truck? I'd suggest you look at the Bilstiens. They are probably the best shocks available and feature adjustable preload so you can lift the front 2 inches.

Apparently the Bilsteins are back ordered everywhere right now with no ETA ! May have to go Rancho anyway! Or just forget it alltogether, just got the truck to get decent milage, lifting and putting bigger tires will make me lose a mile or two at the minimum!
