Front end leveling not so sure

After reading this it sounds like a PITA !!!!! And is also says it will ride a little rough.. Then a front end alignment .. So I am looking at like 107.00+++ about 100.00 for an alignment and then of course I still need new shocks .. And then I have to go and find a torsion bar unloader tool.. and probably a better torque wrench than I have ... Other than looking better is there any reward to leveling the truck ???

I read this

No need for the re-indexed keys. You can just crank up what you already have and just pay for an alignment. As for reward you get looks and the ability to go to larger tires which increases ground clearance if you off road. You do add additional wear and tear, but the amount is minimum.

im guess you have an 03- earlier since your asking about torsion keys and stuff like that but just crank them to get the 2" instead of all the confusion. may ride a little stiffer and if you need to get new shocks replace them at the same time as cranking the torsion bars so you can get your alignment once after you get it all done

I agree. Don't waste you money on new torsion bar adjustment keys. They have to be the biggest ripoff in the automotive industry.

Since the ride is rougher when you tighten the torsion bars, would new shocks make it less rough?

The initial portion of the suspension's travel will be slightly stiffer. As for the shocks making a difference, that depends on how they are valved. Most aftermarket shocks are valved stiffer than OEM.
