An Odd Question: Chevy Front Pumpkin in F-150

Does anyone know if the Chevy HD 9.25 IFS axle will fit into a 97-03 F-150 w/o major modifications to the axle mounting points? I know this may seem blasphemous to put a Chevy product under a Ford, but my truck is staying IFS, and I am exploring possibility of shoving the bigger pumpkin in front of my truck.

Please, no comments saying it's a retarded question, or just go for a SAS. The truck is my DD, and I would rather not cut it apart, and weld it back together to put a Dana 60 under it.

Another reason why I was pondering this was because 5.13 and 5.38 ratios are available for this IFS reverse rotation axle. 5.13's are available for the Ford 9.75 I have in my rear end, thus opening the possibility for lower gearing if the swap is feasible.
