Different 5100 Part #'s?

So after sifting through some threads on the 5100 Bilsteins for the '04-Up trucks, the subject has come up a couple times about front shocks that have 0", 1", and 2" slots, and also shocks that only have the 0" and 2" but no 1". Is there a different part number or application difference going on here?

Anyone else heard of this?
