I would send the kit back. THe F-250 Light Duty uses a torsion bars IFS. Increasing the preload on the torsion bars with aftermarket torsion bar adjustment keys, AKA a leveling kit, does the same thing as increasing the preload with the OEM adjustment keys. THe only difference is the aftermarket keys allow you to put way, way too much preload on your torsion bars which destroys your ride quality and increases the wear and tear on your CV and ball joints. No need to waste money on a product that allows you to do something that can be done for free.
