Any issues running 2wd shocks with blocks?

I added 1 5/8" oem Ford blocks in the back. I'm still using the 2wd stock shocks. Will I run into any issues? I plan to change them eventually. Thanks.

The shocks will top out and give a hard clunk. I ran mine for a couple months before switching to 4wd shocks.

Did they break? I haven't noticed any noise from mine. Is changing shocks an easy job? Thanks.

I'll probably just get the stock 4x4 F150 shocks.

No they didn't break. Undo two bolts for each shock and replace the shock. You don't even have to jack up the truck. The ride is better with longer shocks, but still not bad with the 2wd shocks.

Ok, cool. Thank you. That's exactly what I was looking for. I haven't noticed even the slightest difference in ride quality since adding the blocks. I will switch to longer shocks though. They don't cost much anyway. Thanks again.
