fabtech no longer?

Anyone know the real story? The shop by my house said they can get what they have left on clearance so I may buy now, but as for warranties?

They filed chapter 11 bankruptcy on March 09 which doesn't mean they're going out of business but may have a tougher times having distributor's carry their kits especially if they owe them money and that debt gets wiped away via bankruptcy. So right now it's a wait and see.

4 wheel parts told me that what they did is they moved to a smaller place when the economy got bad. I called fabtech and asked if the lift was on backorder and if they would still cover the warranty. They said that it would be here the first couple weeks in August and the warranty still exists. The reason it is taking awhile to get some of the kits in is they are still trying to get stuff straighten out. Here is fabtech's phone number if you would like to call them:
toll free: (877)-432-2832
Phone: (909)-597-7800
