Lift Options?

So I have a 2000 Expedition but unfortuanatley, it is the Eddie Bauer edition and has airbag suspension. I was wondering if there were any conversion kits out there that give me either shocks or springs or both and how much they would run? Thanks

Here is a place that does conversion kits, I do not know a whole lot about them, but its a good starting point. http://www.strutmasters.com/ford-exp...nsion-s/76.htm

You could always use a 3 inch body lift but that limits you amount of lift.

Yea if i got a lift i would want it to be a suspension lift and not a body lift. I mainly want to get rid of the airbag suspension, and the kit that mdhawkin links to looks good, but my question is, instead of getting that first, and then upgrading from that to maybe a different shock setup thatll give me a lift, why cant i just get a kit that is a conversion that doubles as a lift?

I agree, but have not seen one yet. If I stumble across one I will be sure to post. How high are you wanting to go?

Not too high because the truck is still my daily driver and im only looking to do some medium intensity off roading (nothing too crazy) so i was thinking maybe a 3 inch lift would be good for my situation

I bet if you search your local salvage yards, or even EBay you could find everything you need to convert your air ride suspension over to the standard coilsprings on the base Expy's.
