Add-A-Leaf...am I going crazy?

Ok here's my question, I want to get a AAL for my 03 FX4, I have found some cheap ones on EBAY that will fit other vehicles. Wont any AAL bolt up? They all come with new center bolts and thats it. Can I order a cheap one for anything and just throw it on? And i want to get a short one so I dont have to worry about taking off the spring clamps. What do ya think? Thanks

All trucks have different leaf springs. They are different widths, arches, clip locations and center bolt sizes so you may get lucky but your best bet is to purchase the correct one for your application.

Get one made for your vehicle. Don't want to be in the middle of your install when you find out it won't work and you have to put everything back together just to tear it apart again when you do have the correct one. Fix it right the first time.
