3 inch skyjacker

Im looking at the 3inch skyjacker suspension life with a 2 1/2 inch AS Leveling kit. does anybody have any input on if that would work well together? Has Any body used the 3inch skyjacker kit? Im looking for 20's on 35's any recommendations? Pics?

Thanks

I'd say NO! The 3" SJ kit just uses longer struts and aal's! There isn't any drops for the rest of the suspension!

If you combine those two your going to have 5.5" of lift with NO drops! The 3" is already going to be terrible on your Ball Joint's... I'm not sure it would even work with 5.5" of lift!

If your looking for that much lift and dont' want to spend the money on a full suspension... your best bet will be the 2.5 spacers lift and a Body lift! Although from what i've heard your gonna pay alot for the Body Lift install and that amount comes close to just buying one of the cheaper suspensions lifts!

There are some decent lifts out there for around 1300 that would get you where you want to go!

Hope this made sense!

Cheers and good luck

i saw that skyjacker lift too and was wondering about it if it would be decent enough to get some bigger tires. with the 3 inches couldn't you fit 35s anyways because you can on just a leveling kit right?

there is a member, hmfic who has both lifts on 2 diff trucks--1 with the skyjacker and 1 had the 2.5 AS, he got more lift from the autospring spacer. i am pretty sure that skyjacker discontinued that lift. you can't stack both lifts, if money is an issue and your doing the installs yourself, you'll be OK, but the body lift is quite labor extensive. if you have a shop install the body lift, you will have spent almost as much as a full suspension lift.
