4" Lift

I am trying to narrow down what lift to get. I want to get a 4" lift, but trying to decide which one is going to give me the best ride. I have 2006 FX4, I want to get the most comfortable ride I can given the lift. The only 2 that I have found with a 4" is RCD and Pro-Comp. Can I get some help on this, and any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Procomp doesn't make a 4'' lift for the 04-08 F150.

For 4'' i would look at Rancho and buy a set of ajustable shock (Rancho RS9000XL). That way you can ajuste the ride to your liking.

rancho is one of the best 4" kits but rcd and superlift both make 4" kits

The more I look at different lifts I might lean to a 6", not completely sure just yet. What would anyone recommend in the 6". I was also looking at the BDS system.

A 6" lift is kind of like a 4" lift. The front gets lifted 6" but the rear only gets 4". LIke for me with a leveling kit already, it is only a 4" lift.

I just ordered a 4.5" Superlift for my 04 Screw. Looks to be a good lift. I've had a 3" level on mine for about 20,000 miles and just replaced my balljoints and steering end links-don't want to do that again anytime soon. It's not hard, just shouldn't have to do it every few thousand miles. I chose the 4.5" lift cause 6" wouldn't let me get in my garage. I'll post pics when it's done if I can figure out how to post.

Well, started on the lift on Thursday, still working on it. Let me start off by saying what a PITA. I've lifted 6 different Toyota's and never had problems like this F-150(that's what I get for buying a Michigan truck). Even after saturating every nut and bolt twice with PBblaster, (once 2 days before and once the night before) nothing broke loose easily. AAl's went on fine, but the front is killing me. Could hardly get to half of the bolts. Everything is now on EXCEPT for the passenger LCA. The damn front bolt was so siezed up I wound up cutting the bolt head off just to get it off of the truck. Now I've tried everything to remove what's left out of the LCA, to no avail. Just ordered a new LCA from Advance auto-will be here tomorrow and HOPEFULLY I'll be done and ready for the alignment shop. AARRGGG!!! By the way, this 4.5 " lift looks more like
6". I'll measure when it's all completed, whenever that may be.
