K guys i got some problems i bought the torsion key lift for my 99 f150 and i cant get the keys out they are rusted so tight in the torsion bar its unbelievable!
I want to make sure i am doing this right you punch from the back through the hole to hit the torsion bar which than in turn goes through the lower control arm...
It will not move at all i beat the **** out of it and need to get some ideas of what to do..
I was thinking about getting a torch and giving it a try but i ran out of time last night,

they will deffinitely seize in their ive had to torch them before and use an air hammer for like 10 minutes on one to get it out
