I put the 6" rough country on mine about a month ago. So far I love the kit. Install was a breeze working with 3 of my friends. It took us 2 nights about 5 hours a night. I cleared 38's with that and a 3" body lift without any trimming so I have nothing bad to say about the RCX lift so far.

I know you're asking about the 6" lift but thought I'd comment on RC itself. I just installed a 4.5" lift kit for my F250 SuperDuty and am glad to say that I am very pleased with the results. Beat everyone's price. Great quality too. I had to call RC 1 time during the alignment process but that was it. Took about 15 hrs to install but b/c we didn't have all the right tools. We had to improvise.

Anybody have some more pics of trucks with this lift? I'm wondering if the front is a little higher than the rear. I've ordered the kit and I'm considering adding front Bilsteins for another 1" of lift.

4 Wheeling Plus still has the kits for 1200. Check out Rough Country's website for detailed instructions, it shows what cutting and drilling you have to do.

I was reading through the directions for the Rough Country kit and noticed it does not come with the front compression struts like the Pro Comp and Fabtech kits. There is a note that says if you purchased the optional kicker bars install them now so I assume that is RC's version of the compression struts. Hopefully the lift turns out ok, I'm wondering if I should have just gone with Pro Comp or Fabtech.

I'm on my work computer so I can't go to photobucket (Sheriff blocks it), so research my screen name and I have several pics of my truck. 6" RC lift w/325/65/18's. I bought it this way and I love it. Whoever did the alignment on my truck got it spot on. No shake, tracks straight and true.

Only thing I worry about is the fact that my size tire sticks out and has already slung a rock onto the drivers door and chipped the paint.
