I highly recommend the Ground Force kit -- it already comes with the shims needed to maintain the pinion angle of your truck after the shackle install. To see a "before and after" of my truck with the Ground Force kit, go to my old photo gallery and look in the album entitled "Blue": https://www.f150online.com/galleries....cfm?gnum=5972

Pretty straight forward install if you have a floor jack and jack stands. It helps it corner better, feels slightly more solid in the rear. Not anything negative about the ride. After a couple of drives, you will forget it has been done.

Ditto-Just like the others, Ground Force kit, the only thing I will say versus what they have said: Ground Force makes two kits, one with a poly bushings, one with factory ford bushings, I have poly and they may squeek down the road if not lubed but I have not had any issues, but it would seam to me the o/e ford bushings would last longer?? I wasn't aware when I ordered my kit because no one told me they made two kits, but just so you know.

Just to chime in with everybody else. I just put the Ground Force kit on last Thursday, makes a big difference in appearance. I need to take some new pics... 91201 is the part # with the OEM bushings.
