Need Some advise

I have a 2007 flareside 4x4 with a 6 inch procomp lift with 35 inch wheels. Now i want to go with a 3 inch body lift and want to go with 37 or 38 inch wheels. I asked the guy at the shop that does the work and asked him if it need to be re-geared and he said that I didnt. I have 373 gears. i would like to know if anyone has gone with this set up and did you have to re-gear. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You would be foolish not to re-gear.
