Question Steering Stabilizer?

Hey everyone I have a 6" Lifted 2WD 2004 F150 and I am planning on getting steering stabilizers because my new 325/65/18s produce quite a jitter when I'm cruising at about 40-50 mph. I want to get my hands on the dual Fabtech steering stabilizer kit which will be about $170. I need a couple questions answered first.

1. How easy is it to install the steering stabilizer kit?
2. Do the shocks go in replace of another OEM steering stabilizer or components?
3. Will I be able to do the kit at home or will I need a lift?

I think they have the wrong picture on there. You have the FABFTS8009 right?
