What model is your truck as this matters......

If you have a 2004+ I would recommend the following:

The AutoSpring leveling kit. They have a 2" 2.5" and 3" kit. They provide a 1/4" offset to help avoid upper A-Arm / Ball Joint rubbing on Coil Sping, also you can get them powder coated. Their website is www.autospringcorp.com, there products are sold via ebay. Depending on what type of truck you have I would get either the 2" or 2.5" kit.

Price: ~$70-$80 free shipping.

I agree. All the kits are pretty close to identical. However, some companies want over $200 for identical kits.

Autosprings would be my choice. I have the 2" AS on my 4x2 and love it.

one note: if money is an issue, you can install it yourself. the install is a piece of cake and there's a great how to on the forums here. i got a set of daystar coil spring spacers(the 97-03 dont have an AS. from what i hear the AS gives you better ride quality than spacers) and a shop wanted $300 to install and was charging me for 3 hours of work. me and a friend did it in 2 hrs with no major problems. there are plenty of people on here who could walk you through the install if you ran into any problems. just remember to get it re-aligned after its done.

I have the 2.5" on my FX4 and it leveled mine out. A 2" wouldn't have been enough. (Completely disregard the 3" kit, they're not good for your suspension components.)
