? 3 inch leveling ?
Hey , just ordered a 3 inch leveling kit , made by ready lift , for my 2008 f150 super crew 4x4 ...i now im hearing its to high of a lift for the cvs...so im just wondering if anyone has really had any issues with it ??

Most people do not like the severe angles caused by the 3" level kits. I went with a 2" AS kit for my 2007 FX4 and it sits perfectly level. The kit cost me $70 shipped to my front door, which is a lot less than the others.

Yeah, your ball joints and cv's are gonna suffer and wear way faster with the 3". I had the 2.5" for a while until I did the suspension lift and it ruined both of my upper ball joints, and with the 3", there is a chance youll end up being higher in the front.
yep... x2 on what they said. I have a 2008 SCREW, and my CV angles are not at the best angles... If you haven't installed it yet, I would recommend you send it back and get the 2" or just return it, get your money back and do the AutoSpring for 70 bucks shipped. Here are some photos of my truck and as you can see, the angles are bad, and my truck sits higher in the front (1 1/4" higher in front than back):

I have the 2.5" daystar on my truck and it set pretty level until i got my bilstein 5100's put on. Now with the bilsteins on stock height my truck is lower in the front end with the daystar. I just bought a AS 3" and im going to try it out. If you need a 2.5" kit let me know i will be taking mine off next weekend to put the 3" on.

2 1/2" Daystar kit close to 4 yrs with no problems. I'd stay away from the 3" kit.
