This weekend I picked up a set of Rancho 9000X Struts for my 2004 F150 4X2. Local garage went out of business had a yard sale. $75.00 for the pair was a great deal!!, but one of the lower bushings is the wrong size! The part number stamped on both is RS99767. I called Rancho and since I didn’t buy them from an official retailer they can’t do much (anything). It’s the lower bushing and the sleeve has an inner diameter of .797 in or 20mm. Would knocking a bushing out of one of the old factory struts be a bad thing? I can’t find any place that sells a replacement strut mount bushing for this. Any ideas??
