Adjusting headlights

How do you adjust the headlights on a 2008 FX4? I got a leveling kit installed and now my headlights are blinding everyone. Plus my line of sight would be better if I could see the road closer to my truck!
Is it hard? If you got pics, hook it up please.
Thanks.

Its not hard. When you open the hood, behind the headlight fixture, theres a single bolt sticking out. It adjusts it up and down. There isint a second one for left and right, 04-08 models didnt need that.

yeah, its not that hard, aiming them just right takes a little bit of patience, though. the easiest way to do this is too pull up to a brick wall to see exactly where the lights are pointing, then reaim as necessary.

Yes it is easy. But I have re-aimed mine a few times trying to get them right.
Find a wall where you can pull back 25 feet from it on level ground. Measure how high the center of the headlights are (there is a small clear dot on the headlight face), and measure that high on the wall, put a mark there. With the low beams, the majority of the light should all be below the line, so that you light beam goes down as it travels further away.
I did the same with the fogs, then made small adjustments to make sure I wasn't blinding anyone.
