let me start off by saying, i don't want to rain on your parade here, bud. can you post up some pics of the lift subframe components, as well as the torsion bar drop-down crossmembers? i want to see them on our 97-03 body style F-150, for comparison purposes to the other brands.

please, tell me the subframe crossmembers are one-piece units. i have always been leery of lifts w/ multi-piece subframe crossmembers. yours look decent, but the arched construction is preferred to the flat for better ground clearance, increased strength, etc.

was the front track width increased any? are the steering knuckles arched to offset the wider tires? if not, this may explain your rubbing.

don't feel bad you didn't install it yourself, you saved yourself a lot of busting ***. i put on my fabtech w/ a buddy of mine, and it took us 15 hours altogether.

I have been considering doing the RCX lift for a couple weeks now, but it typically gets bad reviews. How is the ride? Is it any worse then stock? Did you get the 3" or 4" rear blocks? $999 is a good enough reason for me to seriously consider it. Your truck looks GREAT by the way!!

Your truck looks sweet and has given me some ideas. I've been looking at the ATX Artillery rims myself. Did you get them online or at a local shop?

Looks good. I had those baja claws on my truck for a long time. They were pretty amazing tires, I miss them. I haven't tried out my new toyos in the mud yet though. My only complaint was that they wore kinda fast.

hey thanks for all the comments! I did my research and I know I would love a fabtech but it is just too dam expensive for a starving student (i paid for everything). The RCX rides pretty good, better than i thought! I read the reviews and bought it anyway and expected a completely s*itty ride but it aint all that bad! and about the artillery rims. i had my shop order em, i didnt even know about them but Allsouth showed me them and i had to have em! and if you think about it people will bash anything, the RCX is a great lift for the money, of course a fabtech will ride better/perform better offroad cuz it cost twice as much! but for the price, you really cant beat the RCX

I have a couple more questions if you don't mind. Which shocks did you go with, the Hydro-8000 or Nitro-9000? Also did you use the 3" or 4" blocks? I really want that lift too!

I got the 4" blocks so I'm at 5.5" of lift and I don't even have my tbars cranked lol and I believe I have the nitro shocks but I'm not sure.

My truck is the same color only without the silver at the bottom. I currently have **** Cepek DC-1 chrome wheels. Those ATX wheels look sick on your truck. How wide are they?
