air shocks...ive searched but..

i didnt really find what i was looking for.. when i was looking i saw that air shocks normaly arent good when over loading your truck as many of you know when i do load my truck i normaly end up over loading it. so i am wondering will air shocks in the rear do better than gas shocks? right now i have gabralle pro gaurds in the rear and monroe gas in the front. Should i get monroes in the rear too or get this air shocks?

http://www.autozone.com/R,5091251/ve...ductDetail.htm

i figured next time i over load my truck i could just fill my shocks up like my tires and the bed wont sag as much.....i dont have nearly enogh money for air bags. Thanks in adv guys.

well 4 some reason the link wont work for me but, i had the monroe air shocks(the white ones) in the rear of my explorer so it wouldnt sag when i towed my boat. after about 6 months one of the shocks became bloated like a balloon and started to leak air(and never really stopped the sagging). if i was u i would get an add a leaf in the rear that should stop the sagging.

good luck

Shifty, I've seen how you "load" your truck. You'd probably bend or break a shock mount with air shocks. The mounts really aren't designed to support weight.

I agree. I wouldn't use air shocks. Now air bags on the rear would be perfect, but a little expensive.

yeah i dont have money to get the air bags or add a leaf right now....

So what would be better in the rear monroe gas shocks or those Air shocks?

the link doesnt work for me either humm werid. i got 20 bucks on my autozone card i belive so it would only be 40 bucks for me to get those shocks. or should i just buy some nice gas shocks?

It's a more refined version of a gas shock.
