i only lengthened my rear drive shaft with the spacer. i do not know if you should or should not. i never thought about it. i ordered it from 4wheel parts and they did not mention anything about a front one. i think they would have if was needed... but some of the guys on here will help you with this info. thinking about it i do not thin that the front is going to flex enough as to where you would have to care about the front but i am not sure...
