Need help picking a lift

I am wanting to lift my 08 supercab 4x4 xlt I don't want to spend a fortune on one right now so I may wait a while. But I need the best all around lift available I will tow with it but not much will mainly be a street/highway truck a little riding so I need it to flex good but I want it strong enough to withstand racing through a dessert if I wanted. Is there such a kit out there thats not 4k.

Oh yeah I would like to clear 35's I know some have squeezed them under a leveling kit but there is no way you can max the suspension out with 35's and only a leveling kit.

Thanks for any input

I'd go with the 6 inch Fabtech lift.

Not likely to be finding a kit that you can race through the desert with for less than 4K. If you are just going to cruise at moderate speeds, I would say a fabtech with coilovers should do you.

^^^^LOL That was more of a hypothetical situation I didn't mean baja or nothing.
I live in NC closest thing I got is the beach and I think they put a speed limit of 15 mph on it.

Like if I want to go down thru a trail pretty quick possibly a jump or two will the fabtech handle that or should I just leave it stock/leveled so I am not tempted.

Where is the best place to get a fabtech lift.

Is the rough country lift junk or something I have not seen anyone running it ?

I will probably not ever jump the truck I just want it strong so it does not bend if I beat on it some i don't have to worry.

I was looking into getting the rough country lift kit too, the 6", but everybody told me it was junk, I posted a thread about it and got alot of negative responses, so I got lucky and a guy about an hour away from me was selling a 6" pro comp for a deal, so I bought that instead.

Go with the fabtech 6" with fabtech coil overs.
