if you wanna keep those rims, buy a 4" rancho and throw a 1.5 spacer on it when you install it. then you'd be a tad higher than a 6 incher and still able to run your rim. your angles will be ok and you will be able to keep your rims and later down the road you can upgrade. just my 2 cents

I think with most lifts there isnt enough clearance for the rim with that amount of backspacing.

yeah ATOM has a pretty good idea, and yeah my BS is 4.5" on a 20X10 wheel.

I dont think that BS will work on a 6" lift because the new knuckles have a longer surface that runs along the wheel before it starts to arch towards the upper control arm and the lack of BS will rub the knuckle.

He can add a spacer to the wheel but i wouldnt reccomend it.

I just keep saying he shouldnt because i feel the truck would look awkward with the wheels tucked under the wheel wells and up in the air. i mean its just my .02 cents

i agree with you, but with snow and slop, its a pain trying to keep our trucks clean in the winter, Eff One Fifty knows what i mean. i'm a fan of wide tires with a lift, but it comes at a cost. now Tuff4rd has a sweet truck with rims that are close to yours and his truck is pimp just thought i'd give you a pic to see, it will look like. now just do it already you know you want

i ended up buying mine new off ebay, for 160 bucks shipped, the seller didn't have a picture and i risked it, got em painted for 120=280 bucks i went a while without them and my truck was always dirty in the summer, now i couldn't imagine how dirty mine would get in the winter but i still find it fun to spin some tires when someone is behind me and see chunks fly off the tires...he he

I'm running my stock tires and rims right now, for the winter. I can tell you that with the stock rims (18x7.5) you could not fit 33x12.5 on the stock rims with my PC 6" lift. The larger stearing knuckles will be in the way. I went with 20mm offset rims (18x9) which works out to be 5.5 inches of backspacing. I should have gone with different rims with a measured 5" of back spacing becuase the tie rod ends just rub on the inside of the rim. (they also just rub on the stockers)
